The
Oglesby Union at Florida State University has participated
in the Association of College Unions International
(ACUI) and Educational Benchmarking (EBI) College Union/Student
Center Benchmarking Study for a number of years. Florida
State students are surveyed each year on a variety
of factors related to union facilities, programs and
services. Institutions participating in the ACUI/EBI
Study are “benchmarked” against other institutions
participating in the ACUI/EBI Study nationally. Benchmark
comparisons are made between six peer institutions
chosen by Florida State, other institutions from our
Carnegie classification, as well as all other institutions
participating in the Study for a given year.
The ACUI/EBI Benchmarking Study allows administrators and staff of the
Oglesby Union to make internal longitudinal comparisons, effectively
direct fiscal and human resources and improve programs and services for
it’s client base.
Internal reports developed by the Oglesby Union based on recent ACUI/EBI
results are included in the right column.
