Café Conversations
The
Oglesby Union sponsors professional development
programs for staff. The most prominent being the monthly Café Conversations.
Café Conversations is a lunchtime
series intended to highlight the programs and services
of FSU departments and organizations. Café Conversations
allows staff the opportunity to develop a basic knowledge
of FSU departments and organizations in order to better
serve students as “front line” resources. Details

Fall 2007 Café Conversations
Professional Development Reward Program
To recognize attendance and participation in professional development programs,
a Professional Development Reward Program was established during the 2003-2004
academic year.
Staff identify activities as professional development or service to the university. Prizes are awarded based on attendance collected each month on
attendance reports submitted by staff members.
