Oglesby Union Guest Services

Now accepting requests for Summer/Fall 2012. Books open for Spring 2013 on Monday, November 5, 2012 at 8:00am.

The Oglesby Union provides various reserveable space for a variety of events such as meetings, conferences, social events, dances and banquets. The Florida State University Community as well as the local community are invited to reserve events in our facilities. Space can be reserved by stopping by the Guest Services Office in the Krentzman Lounge of the Oglesby Union or by contacting us via the information listed above.

To Request Space:

Make your space requests online, by using our Virtual Event Management System (VEMS)! Click Browse to see the Event Calendar. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact Guest Services at 644-6083.

Tips for a Successful Event:

Plan ahead; know the basics of your event before contacting anyone.
Know who to contact and when they should be contacted.
Fill out all necessary forms and build in some time for it to process.
Read the policies and procedures for your event once it has been approved.
Relay all the information, including policies, to your entire organization so every member is aware of the information.
Contact the appropriate administrators if anything changes regarding your event.
