Amplified Sound Hour Request

Amplified sound hour reservations for Market Wednesdays are only open to all RSOs pending completion of this form, the DJ contract, and approval. Organizations can only request the amplified sound hour once per semester, and dates are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The DJ is to be set up on the steps in front of Moore Auditorium in the Union Courtyard only. Refer to http://union.fsu.edu/market for all policies regarding Market Wednesdays.

**It is recommended to complete this form at least two weeks in advance of the date requested.**

Please complete the information below first to request the space and date. After confirmation of the date, you must complete a DJ contract at least 10 business days prior to the event and turned in to Billie Pope in the Student Activities Center. DJ contracts must be completed even if no payment is being offered. Contracts can be found at http://union.fsu.edu/eventplanning/forms_PDF/DJ_Contract.pdf.
