Are you an active student leader who is interest in helping student organizations and representing FSU’s Student Activities Center? Consider applying for SOAR Board so you can make an impact and learn useful tools to help you on campus and beyond!!
The Student Organization Advisory and Resource (SOAR) Board is an entity of the Student Activities Center and serves as a liaison to FSU’s Recognized Student Organizations (RSOs). SOAR Board works to help RSOs grow by providing workshops, individual consultations, online resources, and many events such as Market Wednesday, the RSO Presidents’ Mixer, and Leadership Awards Night. We’re here to help organizations create their FSU experience. SOAR Board works with the Student Activities Center to enhance the services offered to recognized student organizations and assist in identifying the needs of student organizations. The board also exists as a valuable resource for all groups on campus by serving as a support network for all student organizations and their leadership.
Applications are available now and due Friday, February 17 at 5PM in the Student Activities Center. Applying for SOAR Board includes the following:
- Recruitment Workshop
- Application, Resume, Reference Letters
- Interview
