The space committee shall recommend reservable, non-reservable, and retail space. The committee shall recommend the allocation of space in the Activities Building and the Student Life Building. Allocation is subject to the approval of the Union Director and the Vice President of Student Affairs. Academic classes are not to be scheduled in the Union or Student Life Building, except with the approval of the Board and Director of the Union.
Office space is allocated each spring semester for the following fiscal year. Every organization applying for space will have a ten minute hearing in which they will be able to the need for the space, how they will utilize space and various other questions.
