The Budget Committee oversees the development and presentation of the annual Union budget. The Union Board Budget Request is subject to the approval of the Union Director and the Vice President of Student Affairs.

The space committee shall recommend reservable, non-reservable, and retail space. The committee shall recommend the allocation of space in the Activities Building and the Student Life Building. Allocation is subject to the approval of the Union Director and the Vice President of Student Affairs. Academic classes are not to be scheduled in the Union or Student Life Building, except with the approval of the Board and Director of the Union.

Office space is allocated each spring semester for the following fiscal year. Every organization applying for space will have a ten minute hearing in which they will be able to the need for the space, how they will utilize space and various other questions.

The policy and bylaws committee shall review and recommend changes to all Union Board policies, bylaws and rules. Additionally the Committee shall settle all disputes and infractions concerning the bylaws and rules of the Union Board.

The Long-Range Planning Committee shall develop and maintain a five year plan for the Union and Student Life Building, examining service, programs, projects, and subsidiaries to plan for the future needs as well as create CITF proposals.
