Parents’ Weekend is that special time in fall when families can get better acquainted with the Florida State University campus and enjoy the experience with their student! We invite you to take part in the many exciting events we have planned for this annual event.

Looking for something to do on campus this weekend? Crenshaw Lanes will be open its normal hours on Friday, July 1st, Saturday July 2nd and Sunday, July 3rd.
Join the 4th of July celebration at Crenshaw Lanes in the Oglesby Union Monday, July 4th from Noon to 11pm! To celebrate, Crenshaw Lanes will be offering $1 games & $1 shoes for Bowling, along with $2 per hour per table for Billiards!
The Krentzman Lounge, located on the 2nd Floor of Oglesby Union (Guest Services), will be closing at 5pm on Friday, July 1st and will reopen at 8am on Tuesday, July 5th.
The Art Center will be open its normal hours Friday, July 1st (11am – 9pm) and Saturday, July 2nd (11am – 7pm). They will be closed Sunday, July 3rd and Monday, July 4th and will reopen Tuesday, July 5th at 8am.
The Askew Student Life Center will be closing 5pm on Friday, July 1st and will reopen Tuesday, July 5th at 8am.

Take advantage of one of the numerous opportunities offered by the Student Activities Center to shine a spotlight on your organization and make sure to get representation for your Registered Student Organization at the upcoming Fall 2016 Involvement Fair! This event will be held on Tuesday, August 30th from 5:00 to 8:00PM at many locations in and around the Oglesby Union. From student feedback, this event now starts earlier in the evening and has been extended by an hour.
Don’t wait to sign-up! There are limited spaces available, so only the first 175 student organizations/departments that register will be able to participate. The deadline to register is Friday, August 19th so click here to reserve your space today.

Seminole Discovery is an opportunity for recognized student organizations at The Florida State University and local businesses around Tallahassee to welcome our newest Seminoles to the Florida State family. It is an organizational fair held during FSU Orientation sessions and is a great way to promote your organization and services. Due to overlapping orientation dates, Seminole Discovery is scheduled on twelve (12) dates which will actually serve twenty (20) separate Orientation sessions.
