Events
Groups of six people or larger must make a reservation. Groups must schedule reservations two-weeks prior to their event. If specific items, in quantity, need to be ordered, we require at least 3-weeks notice.
The Art Center/Paint-A-Pot can host up to 75 participants at the Askew Student Life Center (ASLC) location. For groups of 75+ participants the Art Center/Paint-A-Pot can reserve additional space at other locations on campus. Please see the list of other locations on the registration form or contact us to find out about the available options. Fees may apply.
A reservation form must be submitted through the Paint-A-Pot website for any Paint-A-Pot events. The Art Center reserves the right to deny a reservation. Reservations that change or are canceled must be sent in writing at least 2 days before the event date to art-center@fsu.edu.
Group events are scheduled one hour after the Art Center/Paint-A-Pot opens to one hour before it closes.
A copy of your registration will be sent to the email provided. Please review it for accuracy. You will receive a SECOND email to confirm your reservation.
Note: Events paid for with a purchase order (PO) must be received, physical paperwork, not just a number, prior to the event taking place.
