Request Space

Campus Event Services oversees a number of event spaces, meeting rooms, and outdoor spaces including the Union Ballrooms, Moore Auditorium, Student Services Building, Askew Student Life Center, Integration Statue, and Landis Green. Reservation requests are accepted on a semesterly basis starting the first Monday in April for Summer and Fall and the first Monday in November for Spring. The process to reserve space varies by organization type, for more information please see below.

  • Requests are processed 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
  • Your group will be recorded as a no show one hour after the start time of your event if your group has not yet arrived.
  • Cancellations must be made 2 business days before your event.
  • Any changes to your reservation (room setup, A/V or technical requirements) must be communicated to Campus Event Services within 24 hours of your event.

Registered Student Organizations

Student organizations that have completed the recognition process are granted access to create reservations through our events management system (Mazévo). Please note that only officers listed on the RSO's Nole Central page will be granted Mazévo access.

All in-person meetings and event requests require additional safety measures and a fully approved event proposal prior to approval. In order to provide ample time for these processes, reservation requests have been adjusted to 9 business days in advance of your event. Please refer to the event guidelines in the Guide to Student Life for more information about meetings and events at FSU.

Faculty/Staff

Faculty and Staff have access to create reservations through events management system (Mazévo). If this is your first time using Mazévo, please contact our office with your name, FSUID and Department to complete your account activation.
